Lead, Sales&SalesforceCRMAnaly
As part of the Sales Analytics team, your role will be primarily to provide support across multiples Sales areas with plenty of opportunity to lead projects and provide insights to the entire Sales organization. This role provides key support in the areas of Salesforce CRM, Operational Analytics, Sales forecast strategy, build, and execution, as well as reporting, data manipulation, and business analysis. In addition, the lead will work with our IT partners providing ongoing contributions to systems/database functionality, testing and validation across the Sales data footprint.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assumes leadership role in the oversight of Salesforce CRM Database, Dashboards, and Reporting.
- Leads projects to enhance Salesforce platform usability and engagement as well as make recommendations to leadership on ways to improve revenue performance as related to resulting enhancements.
- Work with Vendors and IT teams to generate Test Plans for CRM Implementation from a travel partner and customer data perspective as well as managing project deliverables from related vendors/partners.
- Works with Sales Support teams to support implementation of external data sources into the Salesforce environment to facilitate adoption and usability.
- Leverages user/platform statistics to track, trend, and report on strategic user insights in order to guide leadership and training best practices.
- Reviews and make recommendations on trade campaign response analysis, including Co-Op Marketing, such as impact of campaigns on revenue, call volume, and other metrics.
- Supports design, build, and delivery of customized Sales Dashboards and Key Performance Indicators through Salesforce, Power BI, SQL Server, Hyperion, and SAS. Provides ongoing analytical support to all Sales business teams as required working closely with all stakeholders to provide organizational alignment.
FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
List any responsibilities for budget, expenses and/or achievement of revenue targets in US Dollars.
Tracks ROI of Co-Op Marketing spend and Trade Campaigns.
Negotiates with Sales/Marketing Vendors as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- List the minimum level of education and experience required to perform the work at the entry level of the job.
- Candidate should have a minimum Bachelors degree in any one of the following disciplines, ordered by priority.
- Computer Science/Engineering/Information technology
- Economics/ Mathematics/Statistics
- Business Marketing/Management
- 3-5 years of experience in Business Analytics/Operations/Reporting
- 1-2 years working with the Salesforce platform in a Admin/Developer role
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Highly Analytical, well organized with strong communication skills.
Enjoy working with a variety of teams across the organization including: Field Sales, Charter Sales, Revenue Management, Marketing, and IT
Candidate should be proactive with an eye for process improvement
Candidate should have a solid foundation with analytical data manipulation using query tools such as Hyperion, PowerBI, Salesforce Analytics, SQL, and SAS
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
While performing job functions the employee is regularly required to be write, review and type reports, compile data, operate a pc, communicate, listen, and assess information.
The employee may move about the office complex and may travel to other office locations, including ships.
Visual requirement include distant, close and color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The environment includes work inside/outside the office.
