The Royal Caribbean Group’s People & Outreach Strategy Team has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Lead, Program Management reporting to the Senior Director, Business Strategy.
This position is onsite and based in Miami, Florida.

Position Summary:
The Lead, Program Management is a key member of the P&O Strategy, Portfolio & Integration team, driving the coordination, planning, and execution of strategic priorities across People, Outreach, and Workplace Solutions. Reporting to the Senior Director, Business Strategy, this role acts as a connector across teams, ensuring initiatives advance seamlessly, stakeholders remain aligned, and executive deliverables are executed flawlessly.
This position blends strategic planning expertise with strong program management and executive coordination capabilities to deliver leadership engagements, annual planning cycles, high-impact programs, and critical cross-functional projects. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments and excels at managing ambiguity while influencing diverse groups and driving organizational outcomes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Leads the planning and execution of enterprise priorities and high-visibility programs within P&O, ensuring integration across teams and functions.

Partners with P&O teams to successfully execute strategic planning activities, including annual goal setting, portfolio management, and progress tracking.

Oversees the planning and delivery of leadership meetings, executive forums, and strategic events, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and excellence in execution.

Designs and implements frameworks, processes, and tools to improve program governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.

Collaborates with senior leaders and cross-functional partners to ensure transparency, timely decision-making, and successful delivery of initiatives.

Tracks, analyzes, and reports progress of key programs to executive leadership, anticipating risks and implementing mitigation strategies proactively.

Supports special projects, change initiatives, and communications that enhance organizational effectiveness and cultural initiatives across P&O.

Drives continuous improvement through feedback loops, lessons learned, and leveraging best practices in program and portfolio management.
Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:
Education
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Organizational Development, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Experience
-
6–8 years of experience in program or project management, strategic planning, or business operations, preferably in a global, matrixed organization.

Proven experience managing senior stakeholder relationships and executive-level communications.

Strong background in portfolio and program governance frameworks.
Technical/Functional Skills

Expertise in program/project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar).

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and presentation tools for reporting and executive decks.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and budgeting skills to translate strategic goals into actionable plans.
