This position will be working onsite from Miami.  

Position Summary: 

Based in Miami, FL, the Product Owner for International Digital Products will be responsible for defining, prioritizing, and delivering features and enhancements for Royal Caribbean’s digital platforms tailored to international markets. This role will focus on maximizing customer value by translating market needs and business objectives into actionable product requirements, ensuring alignment with local preferences, payment solutions, and multilingual support. The Product Owner will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-impact digital solutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Product Vision & Strategy: Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define and communicate the product vision for international digital offerings. Gather and analyze market insights to inform product strategy and feature prioritization.
  • Backlog Management: Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, prioritized, and aligned with business goals. Work with development teams to deliver features on time and within budget.
  • Requirements Definition: Translate business needs, user feedback, and market research into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria. Ensure features address local market demands, including payment providers, social media integration, and promotional packaging.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding product features, roadmap, and delivery timelines. Facilitate regular updates, demos, and feedback sessions with international marketing teams and executives.
  • Delivery & Optimization: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of digital product features, from ideation through launch and ongoing optimization. Monitor product performance using analytics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Innovation: Advocate for the adoption of AI-driven solutions and emerging technologies to enhance customer experience and conversion rates.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in digital product management, preferably with international or multicultural products.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce, localization, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage product backlogs and deliver features that drive business value.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with web analytics and performance metrics.
  • Experience with user experience and design principles for international audiences.
  • Ability to inspire teams and promote collaboration in product delivery.
