The Royal Caribbean Group’s People analytics has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Lead, People Analytics Insights reporting to the Director, People Analytics.
The position is onsite and based in Miami, Florida

Position Summary:
We are looking for a People Analytics Insights Lead who enjoys using data to deliver insights through storytelling and making an impact on employee experience and productivity for over 100K employees from over 120 countries.

In your role, you will work with our HR Business Partners and other leaders to drive initiatives that optimize employee experience and productivity.
We are looking for an individual who can solve problems using a hypothesis-driven approach, deliver compelling data-driven stories, and consultatively work with leaders to drive solutions impacting business outcomes.
A successful Lead, People Analytics Insights will:
- Act as a consultative partner and a key enabler for business partners, using data insights and compelling stories to support strategy and decisions.
- Collaborate effectively with HR, Finance, Legal, Technology, and other teams.
- Influence stakeholders through data-driven discussions.
- Drive awareness and usage of analytics tools.
- Deliver actionable insights that impact business outcomes.
- Create and update success metrics and clearly defined KPIs.
- Design, develop, and deploy predictive and prescriptive analytics.
- Act as leader and SME for People & Outreach and share best practices.
- Lead the way in continuous learning and upskilling of HR and business leaders on People Analytics around metrics, tools, and insights.
- Mentor junior employees.
- Champion the data privacy and governance rules and demonstrate exceptional judgement when dealing with sensitive data.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree with 4+ years of experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of experience.
- Experience in People Analytics, or background in I/O Psychology, Organizational Behavior/Design/Development, Management, Strategy or related field.
- Experience with data visualization and developing PowerPoints delivering insights.
- Experience using tools such as Think-Cell, Excel, CoPilot, Claude, Databricks, SQL, Power BI, Alteryx, Smartsheet, Qualtrics, R, and/or Python.
- Experience applying methods such as correlation, regression, forecasting, longitudinal analysis, classification, dimension reduction, clustering, etc.
- Consulting experience a plus.
- Agile product development experience a plus.
- Experience in designing and implementing A/B Testing, measuring, and improving processes to enhance employee experience and productivity a plus.
