Royal Caribbean Group’s Marketing Team has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Lead, International CRM reporting to the Manager, 1:1 Marketing Experience.
This position will be working onsite from Miami.
Position Summary:
The Lead, International CRM, Casino & Commercial, will manage the end-to-end execution of the consumer marketing programs, including all casino & commercial marketing efforts for all international markets. They will spearhead the strategy, development and implementation of high value promotions and offers while working with key stakeholders across the organization to execute and monitor tailored and personalized email content and additional marketing initiatives, such as reactivation, merchandising, landing page optimization, data mining, and Casino rewards program efforts, as well as any other commercial support. This role will deliver and drive recommendations and enhancements to reach aggressive revenue goals and customer experience key performance indicators.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the strategy and development for all Casino, High-value and Commercial marketing initiatives for all international markets.
- Partner with Manager, International CRM, to project manage initiatives aligned with revenue management and onboard revenue’s business goals including but not limited to; promotions, e-mail communications and web content updates/enhancements.
- Own the CRM Marketing calendar and segmentation for all Casino, High-value and Tactical/Commercial communications while ensuring timely and accurate deployments.
- Work alongside key stakeholders in international markets, NA marketing and revenue management teams to produce dynamic and personalized offers relevant to consumers.
- Optimize email production and development workflows across Casino and Tactical communications.
- Continually determine and test new initiatives to drive the increase of the Casino database size for maximum campaign reach by implementing programs such as lapsed guest reactivation stream functionalities, look-alike consumer data mining and engagement campaigns along with spearheading initiatives across additional departments to develop onboard incentive programs and land-based partnership name capture.
- Utilize AMPscript to drive personalization in email content.
- Partner with the International go-to-market team and external agencies to enhance content and creative development of consumer marketing programs.
- Lead campaign analysis on testing at scale across different regions and consumer segments, providing key takeaways to implement in upcoming Casino and Tactical campaigns.
- Retain and nurture database by implementing reactivation stream functionalities, data mining, and engagement campaigns.
- Manage any ad-hoc requests from the business for international guests.
- Lead our internal stakeholders and agencies to understand and ultimately drive how we develop, test, and implement consumer personas, adjusting our marketing efforts to maximize each opportunity within campaigns.
- Partner with all Integrated Marketing groups to ensure holistic execution, alignment with full consumer journey, consistent and optimized brand communications and experiences.
- Foster and empower a cross-functional team of two email marketers with continued focus on communication, operations, and analysis; encouraging ideas, discussions and cross-team learning of various job functions to guarantee all team members understand their role and its definition of success.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:
- College degree required. 4 to 5 years of experience in Email Marketing and Lifecycle marketing
- Education: BS/BA in Marketing or related field
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, user-experience, project management
- Project management: experience with project management software preferred
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and cross-functional team members
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Highly detail oriented, meticulous, and creative
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to write marketing copy, including strong calls-to-action for targeted audiences.
- Approach: energy and enthusiasm to drive results; must be self-motivated, proactive, poised, and flexible
- Industry knowledge: passionate about cruise/travel industry, eCommerce, and CRM
- Knowledge and understanding of HTML/CSS. Proficient in responsive email design and front-end development
