The Royal Caribbean Group’s Global eCommerce Team has an exciting career opportunity for a full time International Content Producer reporting to the Director, eCommerce Content.

 

This position will work on-site in Miami, Florida

 

Position Summary:

 

The International Content Producer is a talented digital marketer who will assist with strategic planning and creation of high caliber, best in class website content for international markets. This individual will interact with stakeholders across the brand, while working to ensure all international content, promotions and merchandising are current, accurate, compelling, and optimized for the Celebrity Cruises consumer website in each represented market.

 

The International Content Producer should be passionate about creating the optimal user experience through engaging content and data-informed decision making with the goal of maximizing ecommerce revenue and improving customer satisfaction.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Execute day-to-day website content updates for international markets within website content management system and digital asset manager
  • Support the development of the international web content, promotions and merchandising strategy
  • Assist with international ecommerce promotions, merchandising and personalization planning and execution, including ideation, project management, documentation, QA testing and reporting
  • Monitor international campaign performance, recommend opportunities to improve performance, assist with ecommerce performance reporting
  • Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders on content efforts to support international markets, including but not limited to translations, new content ideas and updates, terms and conditions, market specific legal requirements
  • Partner with the Global Brand marketing, Ecommerce Product, UX and SEO on new content initiatives and tailor them to specific international markets
  • Support Ecommerce Product team with international defect documentation/troubleshooting/reporting and enhancement opportunities

 

 

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a marketing related discipline with an emphasis on digital
  • 3+ years of experience with digital marketing, content marketing or website content management, ideally in the travel or tourism sector
  • 2+ years working in a content management system (AEM preferred)
  • Comprehensive understanding of omnichannel marketing with a focus on digital commerce and driving new business
  • Experience analyzing web analytics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to effectively communicate
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to set goals and prioritize initiatives with minimal guidance
  • Team player, able to multitask and handle multiple simultaneous projects, self-motivated and proactive, displaying composure under stress
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, thrive in ambiguity and adapt to rapid changes
