Royal Caribbean Group’s Supply Chain has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Executive Administrator reporting to the SVP Chief Supply Chain Officer

The Supply Chain Executive Administrator provides high-level administrative support to the Supply Chain leadership team while also managing and coordinating key supply chain projects. This dual role is vital in ensuring the department runs efficiently, projects are executed smoothly, and strategic initiatives are aligned across teams.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for supply chain leadership.
  • Prepare and organize correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Arrange travel and logistical planning for department staff.
  • Assist with expense tracking and budget documentation.

Project Coordination:

  • Support planning, execution, and monitoring of supply chain projects and initiatives.
  • Prepare project timelines, track milestones, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate between cross-functional teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Document project progress, prepare status reports, and highlight risks or issues.
  • Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting related to supply chain operations.
  • Support process improvement initiatives and maintain documentation for standard operating procedures.

Strategic Support & Analysis:

  • Assist in developing and implementing supply chain strategies by preparing detailed reports.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks within the supply chain.
  • Summarize market trends and disruptions, including geopolitical risks, tariffs, and other external factors.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to inform decision-making processes.

Qualifications and Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in executive support and project coordination, ideally within supply chain or logistics.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively manage priorities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Understanding of supply chain processes and terminology.
  • Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities.

Financial/Quantitive Responsibilities

Limited financial responsibility outside of potential expense reporting.

Quantitative responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  1. Use data to optimize supply chain operations and improve efficiency
  2. Tracking Key Performance Indicators
