- Maintain best practices in engineering processes, security, and compliance (SOX, DevSecOps).
- Act as a bridge between engineering, product, and business teams, ensuring alignment.
- Proactively manage expectations and avoid surprises for leadership.
- Tailor communication depth for different audiences—from deep technical discussions with engineers to high-level business updates.

- Continuously improve team processes without over-engineering solutions.
- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous learning.
- Identify and nurture future leaders within the team.
- Provide actionable feedback and career coaching to engineers at all levels.
- Create an environment where engineers thrive, innovate, and stay engaged.
- Drive hiring, onboarding, and retention strategies to build a world-class engineering team.
Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills

- Proven ability to balance short-term execution with long-term technical vision.
- Experience with scalable architectures, cloud platforms, and transactional applications.
- Experience with AI/ML models from POC to production is a strong plus.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
