- Partner with JV CEOs and management teams to develop and execute value creation plans, monitor performance against strategic and financial objectives, and identify opportunities to accelerate earnings, operational performance and strategic value.
- Lead and develop a team of investment and value creation professionals dedicated to the strategic JV portfolio, ensuring clear priorities, high-quality analysis, strong execution discipline, and professional growth.
- Coordinate with RCG stakeholders to share best practices, support integration and Day 1 readiness for new investments, and ensure portfolio priorities are connected to broader enterprise strategy and corporate planning processes.
- Help shape strategic partnerships by identifying and evaluating partnership opportunities, driving negotiations with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting implementation to ensure alignment with RCG’s strategic and financial objectives.
- Develop executive-ready materials and recommendations for the SVP, Corporate Strategy & Development, the CFO, RCG Capital Committee, Steering Committees, Boards, and other senior governance forums.
- Ensure appropriate controls, confidentiality, and judgment are applied in all financial, strategic, contractual, and governance matters involving RCG’s strategic JV portfolio.
Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:

- Minimum of 10–15 years of relevant experience, with demonstrated progression in investment, finance, corporate development, private equity, investment banking, management consulting, or comparable roles with a primary focus on strategic investments.
- Experience working with joint ventures, portfolio companies, strategic partnerships, or other capital-intensive businesses preferred; direct experience shaping, negotiating, and implementing strategic partnerships is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to underwrite, evaluate, and manage large-scale investments, including complex financial modeling, valuation, investment thesis development, risk assessment, and performance management.
- Strong business judgment and executive presence, with the ability to communicate clearly and credibly with C-suite leaders, Board members, JV partners, CEOs, and senior management teams.
