The Royal Caribbean Group’s HR Transformation Team has an exciting career opportunity for a full-time Manager Director, HR Systems Products reporting to the Senior Director, HR Transformation.

 

The position is onsite and based in Miami, Florida.

 

Position Summary:

 

The Director, of HR Systems Products is the system business owner of HR product solutions and manages the HR Systems Product team.  The team handles system configurations, environment management and security for HR Systems. The director oversees the team that handles configurations for new system implementations based on the business requirements provided and partners with the HR Business Products team from conceptualization through to system implementations.  The HR Systems Product team is also responsible for enhancements and day to day system management.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 

Under the direct leadership of the Sr Director of HR Transformation, the Director, HR Systems Products oversees the entire Systems Solution pillar: managing the HR Systems Products team and allocating SMEs to HR systems within our HR eco-system.

 

  • Together with the HR Transformation team, this leader builds relationships with all business operational leaders and HR operational COEs, ensuring they always feel supported
  • Together with the HR Transformation team, this leader builds strong relationships with IT HR
  • Manages technology project risks and successfully removes barriers or escalates risks/issues to senior leadership as needed
  • Provides senior leaders with regular reports, status updates, progress etc.
  • Evaluates the work done by the System Product Owners and development team, providing constant feedback, ensuring maximum product value in line with customer expectations and product vision
  • Analyzes market and industry trends to anticipate stakeholder needs
  • Manages security and environment management for enterprise HCM solutions, predominantly SAP SuccessFactors
  • Reviews all technical specifications ensuring appropriate IT build based upon the business requirements
  • Analyzes support tickets and other data points to drive continuous improvement initiatives

 

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:

 

  • Highly technical, strategic, proactive, and organized
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • 12+ years of hands-on HR Systems Management with 3-5 years of people leadership experience
  • Experience in using AGILE, PMP, or Scrum methodology (or equivalent)
  • Proven track record of HR System management across a broad range of HR process areas, systems, and workflows including but not limited to: HCM, Case Management, Learning, Employee Engagement, Workforce Management, Recruiting, Sourcing, Compensation, and Reward
  • Ability to define and execute multiple detailed activity plans simultaneously
  • Skilled in customer facing activities covering data preparation, cutover support, timeline management, and documentation preparation
  • Ability to communicate and work collaboratively within a team and have strong influencing skills
  • Ability to coach and advise senior stakeholders
  • Ability to manage ambiguity with demonstrated confidence & credibility
  • Strong judgement and decision-making skills
  • Experience working with current HR Technology platforms (e.g., Success Factors, Salesforce etc.) as well as legacy solutions
