Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Business Process Optimization to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and overseeing the optimization of our business processes to drive efficiency, productivity, and overall performance. As the Director of Business Process Optimization, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities, develop strategies, and implement initiatives to achieve operational excellence.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
 

• Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive business process optimization strategy, aligned with the company's strategic goals.
• Identify, analyze, and evaluate existing business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables for process optimization initiatives.
• Lead a team of process improvement professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure successful project execution.
• Implement process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma to drive continuous improvement across the organization.
• Conduct thorough process assessments, mapping, and gap analysis to identify opportunities for streamlining and enhancing efficiency.
• Design, document, and implement optimized business processes, ensuring effective communication and change management throughout the organization.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress, measure success, and identify areas for further improvement.
• Collaborate with systems team to leverage technology and automation solutions for process optimization.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and technologies related to business process optimization.

Qualifications:
 

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Proven experience in business process optimization, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and deliver results.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Proficient in process mapping.
• Experience in change management and driving organizational transformation.
• Strong business acumen and a strategic mindset.
