Associate, Sr. Program

Position Summary
The Sr. Program Associate will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of complex, multi-ship projects focused on guest-facing attractions and experiences. These projects are strategically important and require a high level of coordination to ensure timely delivery and risk mitigation, particularly in reducing legal liability. The role involves working across departments and with external partners, including shipyards, to deliver projects that may be yard-delivered, owner-delivered, or a combination of both.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end management of guest-facing experience projects, from concept through execution and closeout.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders including design, legal, brand, and operations teams to ensure alignment and compliance.
  • Collaborate with shipyards and external vendors to manage deliverables and timelines.
  • Facilitate project planning sessions, workshops, and executive reviews to define scope, objectives, and milestones.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver regular status updates and reports to executive stakeholders.
  • Support procurement and vendor management processes, including contract execution and performance tracking.
  • Ensure all project documentation is maintained and accessible for internal and external review.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Two to five years of experience in project management, preferably in hospitality, construction, or maritime industries.
  • Strong understanding of risk management and legal considerations in guest-facing environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and other project management tools.
  • Experience working with shipyards or in a maritime context is a plus.
