Royal Caribbean team has an exciting career opportunity for a full-time Analyst, VDMO Apex Support reporting to the Director, Digital Shared Services.
Position Summary
The Vendor Data Management Office (VDMO) Analyst is responsible for providing comprehensive support to internal teams and external suppliers through the company’s Vendor Registration Portal. This role ensures smooth vendor onboarding experience and upholds data integrity within the system. The analyst ensures compliance with system procedures and approval workflows, while collaborating with departments such as Accounts Payable, Compliance & Ethics, and Risk Management to validate vendor records. This role requires a strong understanding of system operations, administrative support functions, and troubleshooting methodologies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage user access and onboarding support for Apex Analytics.
- Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries related to the vendor registration process.
- Review vendor control validations and initiate corrective actions for failed field checks.
- Provide support and guidance for Proxy (emergency) onboarding submissions.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts across RCG departments to coordinate registration training for new employees and update existing training materials.
- Develop and maintain monthly and quarterly reports, including vendor KPIs.
- Perform routine system maintenance and ensure ongoing system integrity.
- Generate ad hoc exception reports to enhance the efficiency of vendor onboarding processes.

Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in system support or a similar technical role.
- Proficient in Power BI report development and data visualization.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud is a Plus.
- Demonstrates strong expertise and practical knowledge within the designated area of responsibility.
- Ability to formulate, communicate, and implement effective solutions.
- Proven track record of successful collaboration with peers and cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrates creativity along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Well-versed in methodologies, tools, best practices, and processes relevant to the area of responsibility.
- Effective in independent and team-oriented work environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to perform well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, internet browsers (Internet Explorer, Firefox and Chrome) and email applications, MS Outlook type programs).
- Ability to read, comprehend and analyze technical information.
- Ability to manage internal and external customer support and assist with technical concerns, troubleshoot problems and effectively communicate solutions.
- Ability to multitask.
