This position will be working onsite from Miami. 

 

Position Summary: 

The Senior Business Analyst supports the Celebrity Sales organization by delivering advanced analytics, actionable insights, and strategic guidance to drive sales performance and business growth. This role is responsible for developing, managing, and administering Power BI workspaces and the Power BI Report Server, ensuring robust data infrastructure and reporting capabilities. nd provides expert The analyst creates and tracks annual and monthly sales goals for Sales Managers, conducts comprehensive analysis of sales and consumer data, a support in compensation planning and financial processes. The position requires proven expertise in Power BI, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments—including IT and other business units—to support organizational objectives.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

· Develop, update, and manage Power BI workspaces; administer the Power BI Report Server, ensuring data integrity, security, and accessibility for all stakeholders.

· Create, update, and track annual and monthly sales goals for Sales Managers, providing actionable insights and supporting leadership in performance management.

· Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes related to incentive compensation calculations and accruals.

· Gather, analyze, and interpret sales and consumer data to uncover actionable insights, identify emerging trends, and inform strategies that enhance customer engagement and drive business growth.

· Develop and maintain interactive analytics reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI.

· Maintain compensation plans for all sales bonus-eligible roles; implement new compensation plans as they become effective.

· Conduct comprehensive plan modeling and cost analysis to inform strategic decision-making; deliver insightful evaluations of business trends to support organizational growth.

· Provide guidance and training to Sales Managers on the effective utilization of reporting tools to support data-driven decision-making and performance management.

· Collaborate closely with Total Rewards, HR, and payroll for plan approval and payment processing.

· Build productive working relationships with Sales Managers, Directors, Executives, and cross-departmental colleagues.

· Participate in the development of specifications, policies, and procedures for the assigned area.

· Perform related duties as required.

 

 

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills: 

· Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent work experience required.

· Two to four years of experience in financial or business analysis, with a demonstrated focus on data analytics and reporting.

· Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s) preferred.

· Proven expertise in Power BI, including developing, managing, and administering Power BI workspaces and Power BI Report Server.

· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL; experience with Microsoft Word required.

· Experience in Sales or Marketing environments preferred.

· Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify actionable insights.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and across all organizational levels.

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

· Experience providing training or support on reporting tools is a plus.

· Work, interact, and communicate with external / internal customers at all levels.
