Royal Caribbean team has an exciting career opportunity for a full-time Pricing Analyst, Revenue Operations reporting to the Promotions Strategy Lead.

 

Position Summary

The Pricing Analyst, Revenue Operations is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of all brand level and tactical promotions for Celebrity Cruises. This individual will be part of a high-performing cross-functional team with close working relationships with IT, Sales, Marketing, Accounting, Audit, and Global offices. The pricing analyst’s responsibilities will include promotion creation and troubleshooting, along with reporting. This person will also have direct input in the business requirements for the promotional setup for a new reservation system.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Analyzes global promotion types and combinability complexity to implement the desired commercial capability   
  • Performs testing and troubleshooting of promotions with different departments (IT, Sales, Marketing, etc.) channels, currencies, markets, etc.
  • Builds and enhances promotional combinability matrix.
  • Trains and provides Revenue Management Product Team with best practices for the setup and execution of tactical level promotions.
  • Develops reporting related to promotional fulfillment.
  • Assists Revenue Management Analyst Team, Managers and Directors with the setup and execution of promotions
  • Develops option codes and push reports related to promotion creation
  • Maintains the cruise certificate database companywide for the brand and assists with audits
  • Responsible for promotion creation and maintenance impacting the brand's annual net revenue stream of over $2.4 Billion.

Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills

  • Associate’s or Bachelor's degree from a College or university in business or economics or similar quantitative field.
  • Minimum of 4+ years of post-graduate experiences. 
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with deadlines and manage changing priorities with minimal supervision and intervention.
  • Previous experience with Revenue Management preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Brio Intelligence/Hyperion Studio, PowerBI, Word, and PowerPoint required and ability to manipulate data essential.
  • Knowledge of reservations system and revenue management data preferred but not required.
  • Attention to detail required.
  • Willingness to accept immediate product and project responsibility.
  • Ability to operate in a team environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated maturity.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for problem solving and problem identification.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work in global environment.

Miami based position with some travel.
