The Royal Caribbean Group’s has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Analyst, Onboard Revenue and Casino Strategy reporting to the Manager, Casino Analytics.
Position Overview
The position is responsible for maximizing net revenue and margins from the casino by providing transparency, process improvement, and analytical support. This role is also responsible for partnering with VIP Program operations and the Club Royale rewards program to increase program engagement. Additionally, this role supports the database marketing reinvestment strategy and analysis of Direct Mail and Email campaigns, and partners with Marketing, Consumer Outreach, and Revenue Management to drive aggressive growth in casino bookings at the most profitable margins possible. The success of this role will be measured by growth and profitability across all casino segments. This role will report to the Casino Analytics Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze web traffic and user behavior on the casino VIP booking platform to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators related to web growth, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
- Provide in-depth analysis of customer data to optimize the user experience and drive increased bookings from casino VIPs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven strategies that enhance the platform's functionality and effectiveness.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experimentation methods to optimize website performance and drive conversions.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in web analytics to recommend innovative solutions for improving the VIP booking platform.
- Communicate findings and insights effectively to stakeholders through reports, presentations, and data visualizations.
- Work closely with Marketing teams to ensure data integrity, data governance, and seamless integration with other systems.

Knowledge and Skills
- Expertise in database analytics and revenue optimization.
- Proficiency with business intelligence software/tools such as Power BI, SQL, or Hyperion.
- Knowledge of the principles of casino mathematics, including the calculation of theoretical loss, is a plus.
- Working knowledge of computers, internet access, and the ability to navigate within a variety of software packages such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, database software, or related programs.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to read, write, and present extensive and complicated procedures.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally and work flexible hours.
Qualifications and Education
- Four-year Bachelor’s degree preferably in Mathematics/Statistics/Computer Science/ Economics /Analytics/Business or BS/BA with combination thereof and related analytic work experience:
- MBA Preferred
- 3+ years of work experience in data analysis, business case development or other analytical position
- Strong proficiency in query/reporting/dashboard tools, SQL experience a plus. Advanced Excel.
- Casino data analytics experience preferred.
