- Own or support end-to-end onboarding for new sales team members by coordinating schedules across departments, facilitating core training sessions, maintaining onboarding resources, serving as a primary point of contact, and helping new hires transition successfully into their roles.
- Plan and execute trade-facing webcasts, regional training sessions, conferences, Seminars at Sea, ship tours, and other live learning experiences, including development of creative concepts, speaker coordination, presentation materials, facilitation, and event follow-up.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Go-to-Market, Revenue Management, Hotel Operations, Sales Automation, and other subject matter experts to validate content, align learning solutions to business objectives, and ensure consistent messaging.
- Track and analyze participation, engagement, learner feedback, and other program metrics; prepare reports and translate insights into recommendations that improve content, delivery, learner outcomes, and program effectiveness.
- Manage assigned program operations, vendor relationships, invoices, budgets, rewards, or other administrative processes with accuracy, fiscal responsibility, and adherence to company policies.
- Maintain current knowledge of Royal Caribbean products, destinations, systems, sales tools, and industry trends through ongoing research, ship and field experiences, stakeholder engagement, and professional development.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, introduce new learning technologies, and create scalable solutions that improve efficiency, consistency, and learner engagement across training programs.
