The Royal Caribbean Group has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Analyst, International Pre-Cruise & Onboard Revenue Strategy reporting to the Senior Manager, Pre-Cruise & Onboard Strategy.
Position is onsite and based in Miami, FL
This role supports the coordination, execution, and performance tracking of onboard revenue initiatives across the Casino and Pre-Cruise Planner (PCP) verticals for our international markets.
The Analyst will serve as a key operational partner in these verticals, helping to develop & maintain promotional calendars, manage campaign workflows and execution, analyze & report on performance metrics, and assist in optimizing team processes. The Analyst will serve as a focal point of communication between the Onboard Revenue team and key stakeholders around the world. The Analyst will have the opportunity to develop their strategic decision-making skills and grow the scope of their role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the end-to-end lifecycle of promotional campaign delivery for Casino and Pre-Cruise Planner verticals.
- Prepare and deliver campaign submissions through CRFs (Campaign Request Forms) across international markets.
- Collaborate closely with Hotel Operations, Marketing, BI, and other internal stakeholders to align on timelines, system readiness, offer accuracy and efficiency.
- Act as the focal point in communication between key stakeholders in global markets and the Onboard Revenue team - managing requests, raising priorities and ensuring timely resolutions.
- Partner with the Sr. Analyst and Lead to report on campaign performance to market leaders and other stakeholders with summaries and insights.
- Maintain and regularly update promotional calendars to reflect current and upcoming offers.
- Support in pulling and compiling data for performance analysis.
- Participate in the development of test plans, learning documents, and campaign performance recaps.
- Track and follow up on issue resolution related to campaign accuracy, guest visibility, or offer discrepancies.
- Support medium-to-long-term projects focused on development and scaling of international-focused business solutions.
Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in a marketing, operations, CRM, or business analytics role.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required; familiarity with campaign systems (Salesforce) and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) a plus.
- High degree of organization with strong attention to detail required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work cross-functionally with global teams.
- Proactive mindset, eager to learn and embrace ownership of tasks and projects.
- Strong desire to grow skillset, particularly regarding data analytics & strategic decision making.
- Strong time management skills and ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with international business environments and marketing practices a plus.
