Royal Caribbean Group’s Procurement team has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Analyst, Wellness Shipboard and Island EX reporting to the Dir, Glbl Employee Experience.

 

This role will work onsite in Miami, Florida.

 

Position Summary

The Employee Experience Operations Analyst is a key member of the Employee Experience team located at Royal Caribbean’s Miami headquarters office. This role will offer critical analysis and execution support for ship and private destination initiatives centered around key moments within the crew journey. He/She will work to define key insights through reporting and program tracking, communicate cross-functionally with ship and private destinations HR business partners and play a critical role in the execution of ship and private destination recognition programs. The role will also support various activations and engagement programs companywide. 

This role requires a highly analytic and proactive person who will support the Manager, Shipboard and Island Employee experience in ensuring that crew experience-related initiatives and programming move forward. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

 

Project Support and Execution 

  • Lead ship and private destination initiatives from initiation to completion by developing project plans, tracking milestones, and managing timelines to ensure initiatives are executed effectively. 
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and partners to ensure initiatives are implemented, problem solving and improving as needed. 
  • Supports manager in successful creation and execution of shipboard programs focused on enhancing key moments that matter and creating a consistent experience for all crew. 

 

Recognition Champion 

  • Serves as a point of contact for ship and private destination recognition inquiries. Is quick to respond and involve the correct stakeholders to solve issues.  
  • Facilitate vendor, procurement and analytics meetings to ensure accountability and progress. 
  • Prepare briefing materials, resources, and updates to keep the Manager and stakeholders informed and prepared as needed. 

 

Reporting & Insights 

  • Track key metrics in all ship and private destination recognition initiatives 
  • Tracks all inbox inquiries, analyzes trends and implements inbox response improvements. 
  • Creates and standardizes Standards of operations (SOP’s) and training slides to ensure teams are equipped with the tools they need for all program execution. 
  • Prepares regular reporting and insights for the Manager EX and share insights with ship and private destination stakeholders. 

  
Qualifications knowledge & skills: 

 

  • 1+ years of relevant/related ship or private destination experience preferred 
  • 1+ years of experience in project management, HR operations, consulting, business analysis, or a related field. 
  • Strong organizational and execution skills with a track record of managing multiple projects at once. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Comfortable working with data—both qualitative and quantitative—and drawing actionable insights. 
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Smartsheet. 
  • Strategic and detail-oriented – can zoom in to manage the details and zoom out to see the bigger picture. 
  • Collaborative by nature – can bring people together and help others move work forward. 
  • Proactive and Reliable – Willing and ready to jump in where needed, even if all details are not present. 
  • Committed to people - care deeply about our crew and is passionate about playing a role in the creation of inclusive and meaningful ship and private destination experiences. 
  • Analytical and Innovative – Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
