Business Systems Analyst, RPA (Blue Prism)

(This role works onsite in Miami, FL) 


Position Summary:

The Business Systems Analyst, RPA position is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Robotic Process Automation solutions specific to Blue Prism for the Shared Services Operations team.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Understand different RPA tool capabilities to solve problems during development & deployment
  • Knowledgeable of different client/server architectures and various compatibility requirements
  • Experience troubleshooting, RPA development processes, and implementing client requirements
  • Perform code review, design review, and provide direction and technical expertise in design, development, and systems integration
  • Make quick decisions and solve technical problems to provide an efficient environment for project implementation
  • Support and drive change management of existing processes based on new requirements using a structured change control process
  • Ensure teams follow the correct procedures, policies, and documentation requirements across project phases
  • Guide the team through the entire SDLC cycle and review the completed work effectively
  • Provide technical training to teams when required and serve as a technical mentor to team members
  • Strictly adhere to all company guidelines, including T&A, Safety guidelines, Ethics policies, Training requirements, etc.
  • Other related duties as assigned even if out of scope of direct responsibilities


Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills:

  • Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science or Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology
  • 2+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience specific to RPA tools like Blue Prism  
  • Understand business process requirements and design
  • Analyze and assess automation feasibility
  • Experience using Microsoft Technology, including HTML, CSS, Python, and JavaScript
  • Advanced Developer & Infrastructure certifications specific to RPA platform are preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills across all levels in the organization
  • Strong attention to detail but adaptable 
  • Exceptional teamwork skills
  • Experience using Office Productivity Tools
