This position will be working onsite from Miami.
Position Summary:
The Account Executive for National Accounts oversees the execution of Sales and Marketing activities within Celebrity National Accounts. This position works directly with Manager of National Accounts & Senior Manager of channel strategy to develop strategies and sales plans that grow profitable business for the Celebrity brand.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Develops marketing campaigns with each assigned account, beginning from campaign inception to creative execution in conjunction with internal sales communications team and Channel Manager.
2.Manages the execution of marketing contract agreements and budget tracking throughout the year to promote the Celebrity brand and ensure timely invoice delivery.
3.Develops and maintains relationships with C & D level executives of assigned National Accounts.
4.Develops and fosters strong relationships with the Celebrity Field Sales team and internal departments to support national accounts initiatives and programs.
5.Runs all revenue generating reporting to keep the accounts informed on their individual network performance.
6.Coordinates, plans, attends and executes trade shows and events to promote and represent the Celebrity brand.
7.Plans and organizes training programs in conjunction with Channel Manager, to include customized agency training plans, face-to-face sessions, virtual events, Seminars at Sea and travel opportunities for assigned National Accounts to ensure knowledge of the brands.
8.Responds to all customer service issues that escalate to the assigned accounts H.Q.
9.Performs other duties as required.
Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills:
- Strong marketing experience a must.
- Minimum 2 years of direct marketing involvement.
- Understanding and knowledge of the Celebrity brand essence, preferred.
- Sales and marketing experience preferred.
- Ability to travel 20% of the time.
- Organizational and time management skills are essential to perform the duties of this position.
- Must be able to perform at a high level in an ever-changingenvironment.
- Ability to analyze data and translate information for accounts.
- Ability to drive multiple projects (knowledge of Project a plus) through organization and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communications and grammar skills.
- Self-starter, creative, enthusiastic, and follower of industry trends.
- Ability to interface with customers professionally.
- Language skills a plus.
