Royal Caribbean team has an exciting career opportunity for a full-time Email Marketing Account Executive, reporting to the Global Consume Senior Manager.
Position Summary
In this position, you will oversee and execute 1:1 Consumer Marketing campaigns, including, but not limited to, Global Email Marketing campaigns that encompass categories such as promotional/tactical, product, brand milestone, blog, region/market-specific and others.
Under the direction of the Sr. Manager, Global Consumer Marketing, you will work closely with CRM, Creative Services, Omnichannel, Product Marketing, Content, Local International Marketing teams, Revenue Management and more to develop Email and other One-to-One marketing initiatives targeting past guests and prospects alike.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Manager, Global Consumer Marketing, in executing global emails for product launches, brand milestones, the Discover Blog, consumer webinars, and high-value promotional communications.
- Assist in developing campaigns that leverage product and brand milestone messaging, ensuring all creative briefs are submitted promptly to align with communication objectives.
- Manage daily coordination with the Creative Team to meet delivery deadlines for secondary product and milestone campaign touches using launch toolkits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including omnichannel marketing, revenue management, and creative—to ensure marketing strategies support business goals.
- Oversee ongoing relationships with the CRM team to ensure timely, flawless execution of global email campaigns for product, milestone, the Discover Blog, and consumer webinars.
- Support monthly testing within consumer-facing product emails, brand milestone emails and consumer webinar invites, ensuring tests are executed as requested and performance metrics are collected for analysis.
- Work closely with marketing channel owners to ensure ad-hoc brand and product campaign assets meet specifications and are ready for launch.
- Maintain oversight of marketing workflows and project timelines using tools like Wrike to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with the Senior Manager to ensure all ad-hoc brand, product, and webinar assets are properly created, proofed, approved, and archived for global distribution.
- Monitor email campaign performance and provide insights to optimize future consumer marketing efforts.
- Assist in planning and executing consumer webinar assets designed to drive direct consumer sales globally.

Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in consumer marketing, sales, or digital marketing, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry - Strong understanding of marketing operations across multiple channels, including email, digital, social media, and print.
- Experience with marketing analytics, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization.
Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling consumer messaging. - Highly organized, result-driven, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with marketing management tools (e.g., Wrike, Salesforce, or similar platforms) is a plus.
