Location: South Florida Offices (Port of Miami, Downtown Tech Hub, Miramar Tech Hub, Entertainment Studios)

Format: Hybrid: In-person Monday - Thursday and remote on Fridays  

Dates: June 1st- August 2nd 2026

Work Authorization: Permanent US Work Authorization required

About the Program:  

The Royal Caribbean Group 10-week internship program is designed to cultivate future leaders by providing meaningful work experiences within various departments in the organization. Interns will work alongside industry professionals to develop their skills and understanding of the cruise and travel industry. The program offers students the opportunity to gain real-world experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment, contributing to projects that impact millions of vacationers worldwide.

About the Department:  

The Global Ecommerce team manages online platforms, digital marketing efforts, and customer engagement tools to drive revenue growth and improve guest experience on a global scale. The Newbuild Mission Control team coordinates all technical aspects of new ship construction, ensuring timely delivery, integration of complex systems, and adherence to safety and quality standards. The IT Project Management team leads cross-functional projects related to onboard and shore-side technology upgrades, infrastructure enhancements, and digital innovation initiatives, working closely with various departments to meet project timelines, budgets, and performance objectives. These functions oversee the development and execution of strategic initiatives that enhance the company's digital presence, streamline new vessel launches, and ensure the seamless delivery of technology solutions across the fleet and corporate offices worldwide.   

 

2026 Project Management Internship Positions:

  • Global eCommerce 

  • Newbuild Mission Control 

  • IT Project Management 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Industrial & Systems Engineering, Project Management, Business Analytics or field of study with expected graduation date of December 2026 or May 2027 

  • Must have authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis 

  • Minimum GPA of 3.2 is highly preferred 

  • Previous experience in related areas
