Format: Hybrid: In-person Monday - Thursday and remote on Fridays
Dates: June 1st - August 2nd 2026

About the Program:
The Royal Caribbean Group 10-week internship program is designed to cultivate future leaders by providing meaningful work experiences within various departments in the organization. About the Function:
The Interior Design Function for Royal Caribbean oversees the conceptualization and execution of innovative ship interiors, ensuring a luxurious and cohesive onboard experience that aligns with the company's brand vision. This individual will be working within newbuild design or global marine operations to develop cutting-edge interior concepts for upcoming vessels and maintain design standards across the fleet. Their work involves sourcing high-quality materials, coordinating with contractors and vendors worldwide, and balancing creative vision with budget constraints. An internship in this function offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in high-level interior design, project management, and international collaboration within the dynamic cruise industry, renowned for its complex logistics, innovative design challenges, and commitment to delivering extraordinary guest experiences at sea.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture or field of study with expected graduation date of December 2026 or May 2027

Must have authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis

Minimum GPA of 3.2 is highly preferred

Previous experience in related areas
