Grad Dates: December 2026 & May 2027 grads
Location: South Florida Offices (Port of Miami, Downtown Tech Hub, Miramar Tech Hub, Entertainment Studios)
Format: Hybrid: In-person Monday - Thursday and remote on Fridays 
Dates: June 1st- August 2nd 2026
Work Authorization: US work authorization required

About the Program: 
The Royal Caribbean Group 10-week internship program is designed to cultivate future leaders by providing meaningful work experiences within various departments in the organization. Interns will work alongside industry professionals to develop their skills and understanding of the cruise and travel industry. The program offers students the opportunity to gain real-world experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment, contributing to projects that impact millions of vacationers worldwide.

About the Department: 
The Hotel Operations Department is responsible for delivering the entire onboard guest experience - everything that impacts the guest outside of the ship’s navigation and marine operations. This team oversees onboard guest accommodations, dining, entertainment and activities, shore excursions, guest services and front desk, laundry, compliance with all regulations, onboard crew support, and more – all while delivering exceptional hospitality. They work closely with every department in the company to design, create and execute the best vacations at sea. If it touches the guest, it touches the Hotel Ops teams making this a truly global team with a wealth of exciting career paths.

 

Qualifications:
•    Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field of study.
•    Minimum GPA
•    Previous experience in related areas
