Royal Caribbean Group’s International Marketing team has an exciting career opportunity for a full-time Senior Analyst, eCommerce Promotions Production reporting to the Manager, Ecommerce Experience.

This position will work on-site in Royal Caribbean’s Mexico office from Monday to Thursday. Friday is a remote work-from-home day.

 

Position Summary:

The E-commerce Promotions Production Senior Analyst, specializing in international markets, is responsible for managing the end-to-end production and execution of promotional campaigns across multiple countries and regions. This role involves coordinating multilingual content, handling diverse currencies, implementing A/B testing strategies, and ensuring campaigns resonate with varied cultural and market-specific nuances to maximize global sales and brand consistency.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison for clients and internal teams regarding international e-commerce promotional campaigns.
  • Develop comprehensive campaign strategies that accommodate multiple markets, languages, and currencies.
  • Collaborate with creative, international CRM, international media, and local teams to develop cultural relevance, ensuring language accuracy and regional compliance.
  • Coordinate the implementation of weekly promotions from the strategy team and make sure they’re properly set up while working with other teams within the company
  • Design and oversee A/B testing strategies for campaigns across different markets, including testing variables such as messaging, creative assets, targeting parameters, and call-to-actions to optimize performance.
  • Analyze A/B test results to determine the most effective promotional approaches and implement learnings to improve overall campaign ROI.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and internal translation tools to ensure high-quality, timely localization of marketing assets.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics across markets, analyzing data to optimize global promotional strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with international e-commerce regulations, platform guidelines, and currency handling procedures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with regional clients and stakeholders, understanding their unique market requirements.
  • Stay informed about international e-commerce trends, currency fluctuation impacts, regional consumer behavior, and A/B testing best practices to enhance promotional effectiveness.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, International Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in web development, including JavaScript coding.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Proven experience in global e-commerce marketing, international campaign management, localization, or A/B testing.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple markets simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in multiple languages preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of international e-commerce platforms, digital advertising, analytics tools, and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Familiarity with currency management, taxation, and regional compliance issues.
  • Ability to adapt messaging and content to diverse cultural contexts.
  • Multilingual capabilities or experience working with multilingual teams.
  • Experience with international content management systems, localization tools, and A/B testing platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data across markets and currencies.
  • Flexibility to work across different time zones and cultural environments.
