Royal Caribbean Group’s HR transformation team has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Human Resources Information System Analyst reporting to the Director HRIS.

 

We're looking for a Senior Manager, HR Transformation who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys turning business needs into practical, scalable HR technology solutions. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in transforming HR processes while partnering closely with stakeholders across the organization.

 

What You'll Do

 

  • Partner with business leaders and HR teams to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into system solutions.
  • Lead and support HR transformation initiatives from design through implementation.
  • Drive configuration, testing, documentation, and process improvements across HR systems.
  • Analyze data, identify opportunities, and recommend solutions that improve efficiency and user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and adoption.
  • Support projects using structured methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.

 

What We're Looking For

 

  • Strong experience in HR Transformation, HRIS, HR Technology, or related areas.
  • Proven ability to bridge business requirements and system capabilities.
  • Hands-on experience with system configuration, testing, documentation, and implementation activities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at multiple organizational levels.
  • Experience with SAP, SuccessFactors, or similar HR platforms is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
  • A proactive, execution-focused mindset with a willingness to dive into the details and drive results.
