Royal Caribbean Group’s HR transformation team has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Analyst, HR Technology reporting to the Manager HRIS.

 

This role will work onsite in Mexico City office.

 

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HRIS Analyst to join the HR Transformation team. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive support for our HR systems, including SuccessFactors, Salesforce, and more. The successful candidate will manage data within these systems to ensure accuracy and completeness, including managing bulk data loads and imports. Additionally, the HRIS Support Analyst will support the release management process for HR systems, including testing and validation. The successful candidate will work closely with HR and IT teams to identify and resolve system issues and will develop and maintain documentation for HR systems and processes. The HRIS Support Analyst will also provide training and support to HR team members on HR systems.

This position emphasizes managing data with precision and working closely with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to implement and optimize HR processes. Previous experience with SAP SuccessFactors and technical aptitude is preferred.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

 

  • Maintain and manage HR data and systems, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency, including managing bulk data loads and imports.
  • Develop and implement data management processes and procedures to improve data quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement system enhancements and upgrades.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
  • Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend enhancements and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Create and update documentation for system administration and support developing manager and employee training.
  • Partner with HR stakeholders to recommend and implement technologies that enhance processes, remove redundancies, or automate tasks where possible.
  • Coordinate the release process for HR systems, including scheduling, documentation, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth and efficient deployment of changes to the production environment.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of releases, identifying and addressing any issues or delays.

 


Qualifications: 

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HRIS support.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Functional understanding of HRIS design, structure, data, and processes.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors and other HR systems.
  • Experience with managing bulk data loads and imports.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong understanding of software development and testing methodologies.
