Analyst, Financial
Position Summary:
The principal roll for the Finance Analyst is spear-heading the Mexico & LACAR IRs forecast (monthly, quarterly & annual basis), annual budgeting process, operating plan variance analysis and special projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and track month end accruals, reclass entries and forecast purposes to make sure all financial data has been captured and recorded correctly, ensuring all is aligned with estimates.
- Provide detailed monthly, quarterly and YOY analysis and explanations on operating plan performance for local and corporate submissions requests.
- Keep track of commission payments vs accruals to avoid possible risk.
- Perform weekly tracking financial reports identifying the possible risk and opportunities.
- Assist in the development of action plans to ensure and improve financial performance.
- Responsible for "special project" initiatives or specific evaluations defined by management or corporate team.

Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
- One to three years related financial and business analysis experience, preferred in Corporate Financial Planning with accounting knowledge/understand.
- Experience in analyzing financial reports and plans, and drawing insight for use by management and across business local and corporate teams.
- Strong written and oral communication skills and capacity to work effectively with all levels.
- Team work abilities to be able to work effectively will all levels and areas of the organization, specifically when developing projects.
- Strong PC Skills are required with knowledge of Advance Excel, Word, Power Point, Knowledge of JD Edwards, Power BI, Hyperion is advantageous.
- Proficiency in English.
