Analyst, Product Health: Onboard Revenue

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


Royal Caribbean International is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Support Analyst – Onboard Revenue to join our Shipboard Product Health Team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the functionality, stability, and optimization of our applications across the Royal fleet.

 

Required Skills:
● Technical Expertise: Proven experience in a Support Analyst role or similar technical support position.
● Troubleshooting: Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
● Performance Monitoring: Ability to monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
● Application Upgrades: Experience planning and executing application upgrades and installations.
● System Security: Knowledge of best practices for IT security and compliance.
● Problem-Solving & Analytics: Strong analytical skills to diagnose complex issues and recommend effective solutions.
● Incident Management: Experience handling escalations, performing root cause analysis, and documenting resolutions.
● Adaptability & Learning: Ability to quickly learn modern technologies, applications, and shipboard systems.

 

Nice To Have Skills
● Fidelio / OHC application.
● Cruise industry experience
● Windows Server 2012 and up
● Network & Infrastructure Knowledge: Strong understanding of network architecture, connectivity, and troubleshooting.
● Linux Systems: Proficiency in Linux operating systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
● Software & Reporting Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and reporting tools.
● WiFi Systems Knowledge: In-depth understanding of WiFi technology, protocols, and configurations
● Networking: Expertise in networking principles, including LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and firewall configurations.
● Shipboard Applications: Proficiency in managing and supporting applications related to shipboard Wi-Fi systems.

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION

 

High-level communication skills, both verbal and written.
● Former experience in an Application Support Analyst or similar role.
● Two to Four years + experience in a similar role
● Preferred experience with RDBMS or Network infrastructure.
● Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience. FINANCIAL
