Royal Caribbean Group’s Product development team has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Executive Driver reporting to a Senior executive leader.
This role will work onsite in Quintana Roo, Mexico.
The Executive Driver & Confidential Expediter provides exclusive transportation and secure document delivery services to senior executive leadership within RCG Mexico. This role supports a high‑visibility executive and requires absolute discretion, professionalism, and reliability at all times.
The position is responsible for safely transporting the executive to various locations throughout Quintana Roo while ensuring the secure handling, custody, and delivery of highly confidential documents and materials. Due to the sensitive nature of the role, details regarding schedules, destinations, and assignments are strictly confidential.
Executive Transportation
- Provide safe, reliable, and punctual transportation for senior executive leadership within Quintana Roo.
- Plan routes in advance, accounting for traffic conditions, road safety, weather, and time sensitivity.
- Adapt quickly to schedule changes and last‑minute requests.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections to ensure optimal operating condition, cleanliness, and readiness.
Confidential Document & Material Expediting
- Securely transport original contracts, legal documents, and other sensitive materials between offices, legal entities, government agencies, financial institutions, and business partners.
- Maintain strict chain of custody for all confidential documents during pickup, transport, delivery, and return.
- Verify document completeness as instructed prior to delivery or signature collection.
- Obtain authorized signatures and ensure documents are returned intact, on time, and without exposure.
- Expedite some permits at government entities.
Confidentiality, Trust & Compliance
- Maintain absolute confidentiality regarding all assignments, movements, documents, conversations, and schedules.
- Never disclose information to third parties, inside or outside the organization, under any circumstance.
- Follow all company protocols related to secure handling, transport, and controlled access of sensitive materials.
- Comply with corporate policies, legal requirements, and local regulations.
Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate pickups and deliveries with executive assistants, legal teams, finance, and administrative staff as required.
- Communicate proactively regarding delays, risks, or issues affecting transportation or deliveries.
- Maintain basic delivery confirmations or logs when requested.
Travel Requirements
- Extensive driving and regional travel across Quintana Roo.
- Over 50% of time spent driving or in transit.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, or extended hours as required by executive schedule
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION
- Valid Mexican driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 3+ years of professional driving experience, preferably supporting executives, corporate leadership, or confidential courier operations.
- Demonstrated experience handling sensitive or confidential documents.
- Strong knowledge of local and regional routes within Quintana Roo.
- High level of personal integrity, discretion, and reliability.
- Absolute professionalism and confidentiality.
- Strong defensive and safety‑oriented driving skills.
- Excellent situational awareness and judgment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Clear verbal communication and respectful demeanor.
- Basic familiarity with mobile devices, GPS navigation, and messaging applications.
