Royal Caribbean Group’s Celebrity River Operations team has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Analyst, Land Operations reporting to the Sr. Director, Dispatch and ShoreEx. 

 

The Operations Analyst supports the successful execution of the river cruise operations by ensuring manifest accuracy, coordinating suppliers and partners, managing itinerary changes, monitoring service quality, and responding to operational disruptions. This role requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

 

  • Ensure operational data is maintained accurately within internal systems.
  • Support corrections and updates required for various documents, manifests.
  • Validate cruise manifests and communicate updates to suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure guest counts and services are confirmed accurately and on time to maintain service quality and cost control.
  • Act as a liaison between ships, managers, suppliers, and internal departments.
  • Monitor itineraries and implement alternative solutions during operational disruptions.
  • Coordinate special requests, group services, and charter requirements.
  • Analyze guest and manager feedback and implement corrective actions where needed.
  • Manage operational updates related to air schedule changes and associated ground services.
  • Maintain accurate data within internal operational systems.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with operational partners and service providers.
  • Participate in operational reviews, meetings, and emergency response activities.
  • Support crisis management efforts and emergency phone duty as required.

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION

  • 1–3 years of experience in cruise operations.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Fluency in English; any other European languages, especially German, would be an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office and Excel proficiency.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Strong customer service mindset and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • River cruise industry experience.
  • Knowledge of European river cruise destinations and logistics.
  • Experience with manifest managemen
